Program Management Consulting

We enable our clients to manage their complex CapEx projects as program management consultants. We provide consulting services including design and development, engineering, estimation,  techno-economic feasibility, detailed project reports (DPR), bid process management. We handhold the client while being their extended arm to manage and supervise their project’s execution.

We ensure that the client’s requirements in respect of development and construction of new projects (solar/ wind/ power transmission/ power distribution) are consistent with the regulations, codes, standards, rules, statutory requirements, provisions of law and other such relevant references.

Our consultants support the bid management activities to select prospective execution agencies/ bidders. Energy expenses optimization through Open Access and /or Captive Generation

We enable our clients to understand their energy needs, available energy options and help them in their energy expenses optimization by utilizing alternative energy provisions like open access, solar rooftop, solar ground mounted captive generation. Our consultants are focused on providing step-wise and end to end solutions to open access clients by bridging the value chain of partners like Discoms, CTU, STU, SLDC, regulator, the electrical inspector for ease of open access implementation. Our single window services includes : facilitation for NOC from SLDC and Discom, procurement & installation of ABT meters, procurement & installation of CT/ PT units, periodical testing of meters as per regulatory compliances, the monthly settlement with SLDC, billing related dispute resolution, renewal of NOC, bank guarantee etc, facilitating renewable energy certificates (REC) and early restoration of supply etc.

We do assess the renewable power potential, develop the project feasibility report and help our clients to reap the benefit of alternative energy provisions.
